好像是因为驱动，或者是硬件问题。如果是第一次用，问题应该不大。

金士顿的U盘没几个适合WTG的（目前在售的基本都不适合做WTG，甚至可以说是完全不支持，卡到爆炸），建议你先换个U盘。
